The High Kings launched their residency in Killarney;s INEC on Wednesday with a photoshoot with renowned local photographer, Yvonne O'Sullivan.
The lads dipped their toes into the spectacular scenery of Dundag Bay, jewel in the crown of the Kingdom, Kerry.

The High Kings along with the Wolfe Tones are set to release 'On the One Road' as a special charity single available on download.
All proceeds from the single will go to GOAL'S HAITI EARTHQUAKE APPEAL.

The High Kings were saddened to learn of the passing of Liam Clancy, Irish Folk legend, and Uncle of Finbarr. The Clancy brothers and Tommy Makem were credited with bringing Irish folk songs to a worldwide audience, and their ballads influenced a new generation of folk singers, including Bob Dylan, who named Liam Clancy as the best ballad singer he had ever heard.
The High Kings will continue to honour the tradition of The Clancy's in their music, and would like to honour a friend and mentor, Liam Clancy.

Darren is honoured and humbled to take part in a fundraising event on behalf of Irish Autism Action this week.
